Return & Exchange Policy

At CutieDo, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process straightforward and hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with peace of mind.


 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cutie Do. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are handled as follows:

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items: ​

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Custom or Personalized Orders: ​

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged. Non-Personalized Items: For items that are not personalized, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Process: ​

To initiate a return, please contact us at cutiedo82@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

 

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
